libgucharmap-2-90-dev software package provides Unicode browser widget library (development headers), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgucharmap-2-90-dev
libgucharmap-2-90-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgucharmap-2-90-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgucharmap-2-90-dev *
You will get with libgucharmap-2-90-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
